鴨腳木蜜 Ivy Tree Honey

源於中藥樹種 ， 是嶺南特有冬季蜜種，由於這種植物花期處於每年的冬天，故俗稱「冬蜜」。而 鴨 腳木本身亦有 「 廣 東 人 參 」 稱 號 ，廣東人常喝的廿四味涼茶 ， 鴨腳木便是其中主要成分 。
平日在西貢行山也會見過它 ， 這種耐寒樹種 ， 葉片長而呈鴨掌 狀 ，是少數在秋天會長出一束束 小花 ，可以釀出淺琥珀色蜜糖 ， 冬天吃 ，不僅清熱 、解毒 、滋 潤 ，又可祛濕 ，對發燒 、感冒 、喉嚨痛 、關節痛 ，及降膽固醇亦有明顯幫助 。

The Ivy Tree, its a specific type of tree located in Southeast China, commonly used as an ingredient for Chinese Medicine.
